Short Description:

XCD-E5000 series is a high-performance general vector VFD, mainly used to control and adjust the speed of three-phase AC asynchronous motors. XCD-E5000 adopts high-performance vector control technology, low-speed and high-torque output, has good dynamic characteristics, super overload capacity. It also adds programmable functions for users, background monitoring software, communication function which supports a variety of PG cards, etc. The combination function is powerful, and the performance is stable. It can be used to drive various kinds of automated production equipments.

1. Using 32-bit motor dedicated CPU, which has high-precision frequency output, and resolution up to 0.01Hz.
2. Comes with simple PLC and PID control functions.
3. With vector control mode and V/F control mode, it is suitable for various working conditions.
4. Low-speed rated torque output is 0.5 Hz, and 180% rated torque can be output at startup.
5. With automatic voltage adjustment, frequency tracking starts when instantaneous stop.
6. With multi-speed control function, the carrier frequency is adjustable.
7. With multiple fault protection functions in conditions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, low temperature, overcurrent, overload, lack and etc.

1. Excellent performance: realize asynchronous motor control with high-performance current vector control technology
2. Instantaneous stop and non-stop: In the case of instantaneous power failure, the load feedback energy is used to compensate for the voltage drop, and the inverter can continue to run for a short time after power failure
4. Fast current limiting: avoid frequent over-current faults of the VFD
5. Virtual IO: Five groups of virtual DIDO, which can realize simple logic control
6. Timing control function: set time range 0.0Min ~ 6500.0Min
7. Multi-motor switching: two sets of motor parameters can realize switching control of two motors
8. Multi-threaded bus support: Modbus, Profibus-DP, CANlink, CANopen
9. Motor overheating protection: optional IO expansion card 1, analog input AI3 and acceptable motor temperature sensor input (PT100, PT1000)
10. Multi-encoder support: support differential, open collector, UVW, resolver, sine and cosine encoders
11. User programmable: optional user programmable card can realize secondary development, and the programming method is compatible with Lingshida’s PLC
12. Powerful background software: supports inverter parameter operation and virtual oscilloscope function. Through the virtual oscilloscope, the internal state of the inverter can be monitored graphically
